If a client determines the objectives and the means of the personal data processing, the client will be the controller and INCASSO PREISS will be the processer with regard to these personal data. In that case, too, INCASSO PREISS will take all technical and organisational measures for the safety of your personal data.

Exchange of data

Naturally, third parties must adhere to the legislation on your personal data.

No data will be exchanged outside the European Economic Area, unless other agreements are made about this.
